Pastoral Care

Our clergy share responsibility for providing support to those who find themselves going through times of difficulty or crisis. Trained lay members of the parish assist with this ministry.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors carry Holy Communion to those who are ill or otherwise homebound on an as needed basis. Training sessions for this ministry are held several times during the year.
Funeral Ministry is an opportunity to comfort and care fore those who are in need at the time of the loss of a loved one or dear friend.
Letter Writers write notes to members of the parish who are in need, sorrow, illness, and joy.
Spiritual Direction is the practice of exploring our interior lives and developing a closer and deeper relationship with God.
